So far it has NOT met my expectations. I am hoping that in time I will be able to use my experiences in of management positions to evolve here and make a difference to the greater success of GEO here in Pearsall Tx.
What makes you most happy at work?
The opportunity to advance do to the lack of ambiguity.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
For me, it is the opportunity to be a part of a huge contribution to the country I believe in and fought for but I don't see a lot of positive here about anything.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Moral! I am new and all I have heard from EVERYONE I have worked with is, Management Doesn't do Anything to fix it. So many corners cut and in the briefings, they are mentioned to just be mentioned. Again, NO ACCOUNTABILITY.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health and Wellness ? , BUT you pay that for insurance that is absolutely over priced at $900 a month for YOU! Someone is pocketing that money. Bulk insurance would cost $250-$300 Solo and $500- $600 for Family. There is NOTHING about GEO's plan that is WELLNESS or a portion would go to salary.
