
Some of the staff need to have better communication skills.
They have patience and let you explain how you are feeling about situations within the facility.
I would say the energy of some of the staff that actually engage in a conversation or at least a hello.
I feel we get what we pay for. As $23.00 an hour is not as low as other jobs, GEO needs to increase by at least a few dollars. I feel retention would go up.
They need to be more professional, we are what we appear. If someone is so miserable they may try to get to the root of the issue if possible or this may not be the environment for them.
