Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

We have a high work load and expectation to meet not only from GEO but also the customer we serve. There is a very high stress level to this job and the wages don't reflect that accordingly.

Best thing is to have a good leader, a leader that can do basic job and leadership jobs

I'd rate my experience 8/10. I've been with the company for more than five years and its a great company to work for. The only drawback is there's a very military style hierarchy and most of management is stuck in the past.
