Mr. Whitman and Mrs. Johnson have open door policy, assessible and easy to talk to. However, my immediate supervisor Ms. Monroe operates in a sort of "superior" way. She lacks the fundamentals of how mutual respect works. Meaning if you give respect, almost 100% of the time you will get respect.
I have no problem putting in the hours and assisting team members to better serve the residence. More open communication is key, so that no matter what your position, you are in "the know". We need to be more innovative when it comes to reentry. Let's positing the residents to win!
