I haven't worked at this location very long, but I have worked in the field for most of my career. I can honestly say that there is room for advancement and the leaders are motivating and I can see myself being with this company for the long haul.

The diversity is what makes me happy.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits are definitely terrible, they can be used.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There definitely need to be some morale and team building.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate and like that the leadership team is or appears to be passionate about there jobs,
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like working with people and I have compassion and empathy, so I enjoy working in the detention setting. I like to be resourceful and so it all about the people, and I find pleasure helping others.
