What is the best part about your compensation package?
I appreciate having health coverage, but was surprised to have to pay a portion (as it wasn't that way at my prior job)
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The professionalism, by far! It is so nice to work in an environment where participants and peers are treated with the utmost respect!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone jumps to assist with training and is reassuring of me as a new hire. I have never felt so supported by a team!!!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team seems knowledgeable about the day-to-day in and outs of the business, adheres to the fidelity of the established protocols, while taking the time to check in on staff's well being.
