I enjoy what I do and helping others enter back into society but it's very discouraging 90% of the time, when you work so hard to help others to then be treated with such low value by the company.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We work with many cultures
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
You attract the people according to the pay. The company wants to pay the bare minimum, then the workers will do the bare minimum. Everyone that joins the team never stays. You want to attract dedicated and hardworking people pay them accordingly.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We do not get compensated for the amount of work we do for this company. Especially being in a role that requires a higher degree and not even making enough money to pay for that degree. Cost of living keeps rising and GEOs employees stay the same except higher ups.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The only thing wrong about this company is the lack of compensation and the high turnover rate. It can be fixed by giving raises accordingly. If the cost-of-living goes up $1, $2, 3$ then employees pay should go up accordingly. Take care of your staff and they will take care of you and this company
