Overall the experience has been great. My manager does micromanage and it can be a little frustrating but I am hoping that it will ease up soon. The employees are friendly and make it a wonderful work environment.

Friendliness and very communicative in the day to day operations

The staff is very nice and are willing to help you learn.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The employees are the best part of the culture. They make you feel at home and are willing to help if you don't understand or know the procedures.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The salary and the hours do not match this position. The hiring team was not upfront about the hours needed for training in job specific duties. Since starting this position I have work an average of 9-10 hour days. I do not mind working over but I feel misled and would have required a higher salary
