knowing my job and seeing progress in my department
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Medical staff is good, security staff is mostly young and unprofessional.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership here seems to be company oriented and a team driven environment
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The LVNs are under paid compared to the Texas market. There are no annual raises based on job performance to hourly employees. The benefit premiums are high to afford on the hourly wage, even with a health and wellness stipend.
