Staffing but it's hard to get qualified ppl

Lack of staff burnout is real.

Team is ok. Hard to be chipper when you are working so much.

Working 5 12's a week is crazy and hard to balance life outside of work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health care package is cheap but definitely will have to find gap insurance unless you plan on paying 366 a check for kaiser
