My experience has been quite unsettling. While training was scheduled daily from 7 AM to 4 PM, our actual work hours were from 2 PM to 10 PM. This mismatch caused significant anxiety when stepping onto the floor, as it became apparent that some colleagues were displeased with newcomers like myself.

The environment is muddled with negativity. No one is doing anything to change it
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The older coworkers are great and very helpful. It's the newer coworker that have a since of entitlement and poor work ethics
