I an still in my training portion of work, but from the way ive been treated as a newcomer makes me excited to start a career at GEO.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I enjoy that theres a 401k available and ive never had pet insurance before working here.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love how understanding the faculty is and everyone seems to welcome new comers with open arms.
What makes you most happy at work?
That even though there is a schedual that needs to be followed, most days arent the same.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are a lot of different people that i work with including races and backgrounds so its nice to have that inclusitivity.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My coworkers are very friendly and they all seem like they have my best interest in mind and like they all have my back.
