We are all from different countries and share our culture, language and food
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Even though I do not have the "bachelors" that I need to grow in this company, I do have over 12 years of experience working with non-profit organizations. ( Homeless Veterans Services- Broward Sheriff's Office reentry programs, etc) The AA position is underpaid here. Extremely busy
