Since working for GEO, I have had the opportunity to meet some very nice people. The more "seasoned" employees are willing to step in and help you when you needed. Upper management is a great helps s well and doesn't make you feel like you're on an island by yourself.

The honesty everyone displays and the friendliness.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working for this company is not stressful.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing about the team I work with is the patience that was demonstrated in training. There is open communication and a willingness to help each other out when needed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the way they treat the employees as humans and not just a number. They understand that things in life happens and are willing to work with you to make sure you're okay.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a licensed and master's level employee the low pay is an issue and should be taken into consideration of raising the rate. Just as health insurance increases each year so should the pay.
