This is the second time I have worked for GEO and there is a reason I have returned.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very transparent, supportive and knowledgeable.
What makes you most happy at work?
the work I do, keeping busy, helping the clients and my coworkers
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have a very supportive team and we like to take time to know each other and help each other out so we can all succeed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Even though GEO/BI is a huge company, I still fell part of a team, a huge team but still feel like I am apart of it an not just a number to the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Hourly compensation for my position is to low for the amount of work, federal type of work, and gravitas of the work, specifically since I am a returning employee with experience and getting paid starting pay.
