What do you like best about the leadership team?

I haven't met them. I've only been employed by the company for two months and they haven't done anything to "wow" me

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Better compensation. I am considered a Senior Case Manager yet I'm paid less that an Administrative Assistant in a location less than 100 miles away.

Best thing is to have a good leader, a leader that can do basic job and leadership jobs

I'd rate my experience 8/10. I've been with the company for more than five years and its a great company to work for. The only drawback is there's a very military style hierarchy and most of management is stuck in the past.
