Needs better team work. Team building practices should be put into place.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The hourly wage is the same as any security guard in this area. We do much much more and should be compensated at a better hourly rate.

They need to work on communication skills. I have to figure a lot of stuff out by listening to conversation that they do not include me in. I?

I’ve always stayed that communication and team building needs to be improved. Hourly rate should be around $17.50 to start. There’s not enough being done about the K2 problem in the dorms. And we are short staffed all around. Mayb
