What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Disinterest in staff needs by administration in addition to viewing staff as objects rather than people with individual goals and needs.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Providing support and open communication with staff. More comprehesive training with subject matter experts who are dedicated to achieving desired results from new trainees who present a professional demeanor.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Treating the work done with more respect and dedication. It seems as they are just going through the motions to earn a paycheck rather than being invested in what they do.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Less focus on the overwhelming amount of unnecessary paperwork and forms that require the same information across different documents as the needless volume of paperwork takes away time that could be spent on getting the job done.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

As a rehire, incentivization with pay commensurate with my years of service and experience. As a non-exempt employee, I feel that the lack of accrued sick leave in addition to non-compensation in the form of time off or pay for holidays poses an aggregious oversight and bad for retention.
