We are able to cover for each other's shortcomings with ease. Cooperation is high.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
This is a high risk position and the compensation does not reflect the risk associated.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Employee inclusion in activities, better incentives, an increase in salary according to risk, and management uniformity.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Uniformity, everyone does things in a different way and it confuses us on what should be done and how it should be done.
