I didn't get any training. Had to learn as I go and implement the work flow from my previous experiences.

They leave me alone for most part

Pay, lack of training, communication, overworked!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The detainee seems happier and they actually smile
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I work alone. Don't have anyone to help me. Especially if I need to take time off for appointment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm basically a supervisor without the title or pay. 1 man crew managing the flow of supplies and all admin areas. Ordering supplies and distribution. Would much rather be an officer.
