Its been great. However having strong leadership has been a struggle at both facilities ive been at.

Terrible underpaid and undervalue. Leadership doesnt care about you

People being held accountable and leadership being involved

They are very inclusive and caring.

I stay busy and always moving.

The salary is the best thing about the job.

Working together as a team
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything. The facility is toxic and nothing is done correctly.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Everyone knows whats wrong its up to leadership to fix it
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being paid more than the people i supervise would help tremendously.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My captain and afa is great. However the rest is not so great.

A better management team that is more acitvley involved in the team. My employees i supervise make more money than myself. The LTs pay should be adjusted. There should be a perk to become a Lt
