Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The type of work we do should be compnsated at a better rate. Other companies are paying much higher wages for similar work. The FSO position should be at the minimun $38/Hr
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Proper Training (not the current hotchpotch they are currently providing). Better line of communication during the hiring process. My experience during the hiring process was disappointing. Better management and logistical operations are absolutely necessary in order to maintain employee equality
