Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The benefits for the employees are very expensive. I cannot afford to pay 600/month for health insurance. It would be nice if the company found more alternative health insurance options and included full coverage for a cheaper price.

Best thing is to have a good leader, a leader that can do basic job and leadership jobs

I'd rate my experience 8/10. I've been with the company for more than five years and its a great company to work for. The only drawback is there's a very military style hierarchy and most of management is stuck in the past.
