I haven't had anything crazy happen yet but I would like to address that Rank needs to have alot more insensitive then officers including higher pay, more PTO for Rank, double sick/vacation time, ect. At CBDC.

Communication, trust, hard workers, respectful
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I haven't experienced it yet
What makes you most happy at work?
I don't know what I'm getting myself into each day.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It would be alot better if Rank had more Positive increases as in pay atleast by 5 or so more dollars. And abunch more.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Thier commitment, But please I wanna see LTs and up Make more then officers. I want to promote but I don't want to make a pay cut by promoting. Please increase THE LTs, Caption, and even the majors Income!.
