Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel all Human Resource Managers in the company perform the same responsibilities, yet I have not seen any HRM postings with as low pay as mine.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I value my leadership team for their clear communication and consistent support, which helps create a positive work environment. Their guidance makes it easier to stay focused, perform effectively, and feel recognized for my efforts.
