Every day is different and interacting with all kinds of people!

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Medical, dental, and vision insurance, although rates could be a tad lower.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We just won an award together so that has helped our motivation. We are all on the same page trying to help the inmates where we can and truly care!

Best thing is to have a good leader, a leader that can do basic job and leadership jobs

I'd rate my experience 8/10. I've been with the company for more than five years and its a great company to work for. The only drawback is there's a very military style hierarchy and most of management is stuck in the past.
