I came from an Enterprise that ran extremely well. Coming here I thought I would just easily transition however I have found it hard because it doesn't feel like I'm working with a team. There is no structure or leadership.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Nothing good compared to other jobs but they pay is really good.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I believe the facility needs to be clean in the aspect of getting rid of the bad apples. there is a lot of laziness in this facility
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I believe management needs to change. We need more qualified people running the facility. Currently our management at the facility art senior senior people who don't think of new ideas and are stuck in the old ways.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everybody in leadership is stuck on their old ways that they no new ideas are accepted. Managers do the bare minimum to get by and have their regular employees managing the facility. What management is good at is overworking their employees.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There is a lot of senior employees here that are stuck in their old ways and do not want change. Older employees that have been working here have really bad tendencies and are lazy. Employees are to themselves and aren't part of a team in this facility.
