What is the best part about your compensation package?
I don't think the package is good
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Picking out the bad apples before they rot the rest
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better management skills on the supervisor side. Supervisors don't manage they just stay in their office and hope they don't get bothered
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listen more to their employees and leave the office. I go through a whole 8-hour shift without knowing who my supervisor is for that day
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
A lot of my co-workers have been there a long time so they don't like to work and do the least as possible. There is no such thing as team
