Motivation and how they are able to come together to come up with a solution

when need help in answering questions/ or have a personal problem we are able to approach them.
What makes you most happy at work?
Assisting all out participants especially our Spanish speakers, showing them there are coping skills and way to become a better individual.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Bilingual pay would be nice, don't get me wrong I love my position and being able to assist our Spanish speakers.
