I started August 2024 part time counselor in CCI. November 2024 I started full time position. It was not easy because my supervisor was not included in the process. Now with Mr. Jimeno its no stress and all information provided by him to me ..I will be more then happy to continue my work here.

They are good people, understanding and supportive. I like my team.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I can see, that inmates took some new information from lesson and they are thankful to me and motivated for better life. Its bring me happiness the most.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am without medical insurance since November 2024 and my 2 children's also. I am very happy to work here ,but prices so incredibly high, My income 3660 doll. in month and my housing 1890+300 utilities+700 my car+120 mob.connection+150 dentist insurance .Food, clothes ,gas, birthday's......
