It is good but not flexible for the shift.

I feel I am being fraud by the company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Being nice and respectful. But not flexible

They are nice and patient. They look chill.
What makes you most happy at work?
I can get the pay every two weeks
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I would not like to speak about the culture but it is okay
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Insurance, I do not have a PTO yet so I do not know that part
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Creating flexibility of the contents provided to the clients. A lot of interventions are no used.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Nothing. But I am tired of the manager's breaking the promise of the shifts they provided to the employees.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Ensure the Information given to the employee prior to their employment align with the offices or company's missions, goals, shifts, and benefits.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Getting higher pay for my job since the living expenses is very high in the area, and be very sure that the shifts that the manager provided to the employee align with the shifts they provided during the interview.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The shifts provided should be aligned with the shifts that the employee are actually working. I was informed before I signed the employment offer that there will be no shifts ended later than 6 pm, and there are two different shifts I can choose. 7-3:30 or 8 to 4:30. But now is mandatory for 11-7:30
