If i could just show up and get a paycheck maybe I could be happy. I have to work and do my assignment and other's assignments. For the same pay.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Do work and bot hide after supervisor walks away.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Constantly being told I'm replaceable I already know i am don't need higher-ups telling me that.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to terminate the ones who don't work and stop calling meetings to chew out everyone for the few that don't work.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
GEO already went through the workforce in town they already know who works and who doesn't. Try warden don't need to tell us we are replaceable.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Being treated like a person that knows how to work not a lasy person. Get rid of the bad apples and treat the good ones better than trash.
