I love the company and my job. I wish there was a more positive and helpful environment at times. People get negative more than my liking, and its very difficult to get needed assistance at time.

Getting to work directly with detainees that makes their situation a little easier.

I have the freedom to do my work creatively, while having structure and rules.

It's above average for the market area. It is fair for the work I do

They are mostly a joy to be around. Good people. Who I work with is flexible.
