The ones at least 21-25 are hard working. And really enjoy our jobs. And willing to learn

If you have an issues. They try their very best to solve them. Also in a timely manner.
What makes you most happy at work?
When the detainees are enjoying themselves. For instance today a new group came in today. And it was all smile. One said my new home. My new apartment with the biggest smiles.
