There is no communication. OJT are put with CO that arent the best. Honetly it has been a trainwreck since starting

they are caring and love to help new staff
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
there is no communication so maybe be better at that
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Having 2 or more staff in housing units on the yard
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
they need to improve on anger issues, talking with inmates, and being approchable. Not all staff are this way but most are.
