It has been very pleasant thus far. I have been particularly please with the kindness of the leaders and how they approach work. Itnis a comfortable work culture were there is a lot of respect. I like that we treat each other kindly and the detainnes are very well treated also.

it has been very pleasant. the staff has been very approachable and helpful and i have good feedback on how to improve and be better.

approachable, respectful, and they are kind when teaching something new

They are easy going and approachable. They tried to teach things in a positive way

That we work really well together and it makes the work load fair and fun

Very approachable, it is easy to be able to get thimgs solved and work through problems
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe the medical teams is not getting raises and it would be nice to get some raises.
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping my team get things done and organized and improve the systems in place. And of course, making some money.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Alot of the people that work for the company are in very good mood and many have a positive outlook on things
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
we all in medical would feel much better if we had a raise in income because everyone else has been getting raises but not the medical department and we work hard
