I just started here a Geo group. I believe I would like to stay until I retire. It's a nice company to work for. I haven't found anything that I didn't like. I really like coming to work. I like the challenge and figuring new things out.
What makes you most happy at work?
Just coming in and knowing that I'm making a difference
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have a real team we all work together... teamwork make the dream work
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Just feeling a need at work it makes me motivated to come back the next day
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
my position save Geo group a ton of money. That's the only reason why I say that and then when I look at the officers pay, it is to be a little bit more motivation but all is great not complaining.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My boss man is straightforward. I told him that I wanna learn a whole lot. He told me just to learn one thing a day and you'll be just fine. I really appreciate that because I feel like there's no pressure. No pressure at work is a happy environment.
