The GEO Group has been great to me. The only issue is not being allowed to interview for a promotion or opportunity base upon not having 6 months in my current position. I have the education and experience. Some of these positions rarely open up and I miss out on the opportunity.

Depending on the shift, they are easy going and work as a team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's dependent upon the shift that you work. The administration and/or supervisors are great, laying out the expectations and consistent.
