I wish i cleared federal before i started . My anxiety is through the roof not knowing if I'm going to have a job if i don't clear my background. I feel that the hiring process and training could be more organized .

They are kind and knowledge and willing to help and work with me on any situation .
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There needs to be accountability. Some coworkers still have long nails with greens on them . Long hair worn down . Sleeping on the job . Coming in late or calling out .
