My overall experience is terrible, Others Feel The Same Way We Are Unheard, Unfairly Treated, Hear Broken Promises, And Are All Brushed Under The Rug... You Have To Worry About Stepping On Toes And Hurting Feelings, Or Never Get A Response From Your Team Cause They Wanna Flirt With Each Other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is nothing positive you voice your concerns and are told I am your lieutenant or captain and this is ran my way not yours.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Co workers never answer there radios, they would rather talk and be flirty with each other instead of coming to help out there team members, it's literally like we are in highschool all over again. This has to change
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Organization, better management, quit making us false promises, I asked for first shift but hey they ignore me and give all the newer people first I'm literally never heard from and treated like a mindless zombie who has to be over worked and don't matter
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There Is Absolutely No Organization, Captains And Lieutenants Lie All The Time, They Constantly Take Take Members Of My Team Without Giving Me Information Then Yell At Me For My Team Not Showing Up To Do Our Jobs, There Is Absolutely No Organization In This Company It Is Pure Chaos...
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I pay literally 941 every check for benefits so my family can be healthy, now I'm doing extra work and tearing up my body to lose a 1000 dollars off my check for pretty much basic benefits.. I'm literally going to drop my benefits come open enrollment and buy my own to go into effect
