I am part of the Administrative staff that supports all of the employees. I am approaching 90 days of working here with GEO so some of the questions asked I answered not knowing if the company offers some of the things suggested. Maybe when I've been here longer I can answer by experience.

Knowing your responsibilities and sharing the workload fairly.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Always looking for opportunities to use as training to better your knowledge and expertise.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I work with all of the various positions within my location which exposes me to work with administration to the Warden of the complex.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with the various departments, completing my job to the best of my ability, supporting the company in making a difference in the lives of incarcerated individuals.
