The work we do is great, it makes an impact and makes it easy to show up at work. I dislike the pay rate for staff and the continuous struggle to fight for increase their pay. I also dislike some of the political stands and practices from the company. Wish corporate understand the changes impact.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like that we are able to have humor within the workplace.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love seeing everybody come to check in and having those meaningful conversations.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open to feedback and new ideas. In the past years, they have made some adjustment based on managers feedback.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think that I carry a lot of the workload and where there is no competitive rates it makes it difficult to feel like my pay rate aligns with my work ethic.
