Paid should be higher, the manager has been ruin the mentality of the employees.

Get rid of the managers and replace with people who are more flexible and care.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
BASICALLY EVERYTHING. The program manager is not taking care of the jobs and they only be nice because they need to.
