I truly dread coming to work to deal with unprofessional coworkers, dealing with the clients and their treatment.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Arianna is wonderful, listens to you and tries to work with you
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Some of them actually need to work instead of chitchatting. The lack of respect for their elders is atrocious.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The disrespectful people that are co workers. The favoritism shown to certain people if ridiculous. The employee of the month is so unfair.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We need better pay--I'm FINALLY making over 21.00 an hour, after working for the company 10 years. I say we deserve combat pay working in the corrections field
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
not a whole lot, people are disrespectful. People are very standoffish to people that are not of their race. It's unprofessional how the people that speak Spanish talk in Spanish and you know if is not work related.
