It was very hard in the beginning. Lack of training and micromanagement was frustrating to the point of people either quitting, or thinking about quitting. It has begun to improve now that we are 3 months in.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate that they have worked here previously.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a very strong and knowledgeable group of nurses here.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The pay is fair but not great. The benefits for a family are ridiculously expensive
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I think as people are finding their roles and getting more comfortable with them it has improved. Micromanaging is a problem.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I don't understand the culture. This place was opened very fast, training was minimal to none for some of us, and honestly as long as the work gets done no one seems to care.
