Structure is needed Officers are put in dagerous situations with out proper gear Captain would rather watch the moniters of what is going on instead of being in the situation at hand
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Stop acting like middle schoolers Take security seriously Work together instead if thinking they know all and can do what they want when they want One needs to stop pulling nothing can touch me because my mothers a captain then proceeds to not be professional
