Can't really tell you, I still "can't be used"
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
PUT ME TO WORK !! I EVEN OFFERED TO MOVE TO BEING A DO BUT I WAS TOLD "THAT'S TOO MUCH PAPERWORK"
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
As said before, I was led to believe I'd be working while getting my act 235.. once hired and trained they have "no place for me" kinda crazy to waste all the money to train me yet not put me to work
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being transparent and truthful. I was hired as PT transport, told the company would pay to get my Act 235, once hired and thru training, now told they can't use me till I have my 235 and I'm getting no help, told to find training on my own, left federal service to take this job, now I'm unemployed
