I was so excited to get the offer to work at GEO. Unfortunately, I got offered a remote position 2 weeks into training that I took due to pay and hours. Shortly after the individual that recruited me got let go and a week and a half later so did I. I wish I had never left GEO.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The support structure for the staff.
What makes you most happy at work?
The individuals I work with.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Rate of pay and the extra for not taking the insurance.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I liked how they all treated you as a person and not just a number.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I miss how we got along, I know I wasn't there long, but we all seemed to get along.
