I feel like i play valuble role as an officer but i can be a better assest as a LT on my shift.
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel like i can make a differance in some of the detainees time detaineed bit less stressful.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The OIC seems to not have the experience or confidence as a leader to effectively run a shift.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For what is required of us there should be better compensation. We put our lives in harms way when dealing with a lot of the detainees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The few memebers that i had to work with have shown interest in learning and coming together. Where there are those that show no interest in doing anything.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The select few teammembers that Ive had the opertunity to work with i could say that are great and there are a lot more that i wouldn't trust with my safety.
