What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My leaders have a open door policy allowing employees to foster open communication relationships. We can address any concerns we may have comfortable. The environment is steady and evenly paced.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leaders are transparent and goal-oriented. Each one providing a unique teaching style. Allowing staff members to feel comfortable while learning at their own pace. Our leaders are passionate and patient about training and pouring into their employees.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy training employees and watching them flourish. I care about the outcome of each staff member and their success. GEO has poured so much into me it's only fair I share my knowledge with other employees whether he or she is senior, junior or newly hired.
